How do I deliver?

Once you have won an auction, you must first sign the contract with the heating plant. The contract is the one that underlies the auction and which you have seen on the auction page on the "contacts and other conditions" tab.
You sign electronically, and you sign using your NEM ID. You will receive an email with a link to sign from Biomass Auctions. Once the contract is in place, you will be contacted by the heating plant for details of the delivery plan.

The auctions usually end at least 4 weeks before the start of delivery. This gives you time to enter into any necessary agreements with both heating plant, wood chip plant, and haulier.
If you are in charge of the transport, make sure that the necessary preparations are made well in advance, including getting a road map, etc. These conditions are described under the specification of the individual auction and/or in the contract.

If problems arise at the heating plant with the delivery of the agreed amount of chips, e.g., in the event of a breakdown or low consumption, the contract and/or specification describe how this may be resolved.
